"Socio-Ecological Fund" is a non-profit, non-governmental organization of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The organization was founded in 2007 to carry out activities aimed at environmental protection and promote sustainable development in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. To achieve this goal, SEF mobilizes civil society organizations' expert potential and best practices in the region and the world to increase awareness among the population, promotes the development of dialogue among stakeholders, and develops the environmental leadership of Kazakhstan.
